While looking for a diet (aren’t we all ??) I came across the smartforlife (smart for life) website. I was aiming to lose weight and was desperate to try something new since traditional diets didn’t work. What these guys are offering is, brace yourselves, cookie diet ! Eating special cookies followed by an exercise program and some tips they gave me is all that there is. I have started this over a month ago and must say that their cookie diet program really works! How cool is that ? You eat special full grain cookies, follow their instructions and loose weight! Two thumbs up from me!
